Dr. Grantham and Dr. Washington are life savers....what else can be said about the best bariatric practice available? From the very beginning I knew this team was the answer to my prayers. I was always treated with the utmost care and respect and made to feel like I was always the priority. From A to Z everything was smooth and well planned. At no time are you ever left to wonder about the next step or worry if you're not following the program. Both of the surgeons do every operation! Where else can you get 2 for 1 bariatric surgery? My surgery process has been extremely smooth and without a single complication. Even now at a year out they still support me and direct me to the best outcome possible. The entire staff is amazing and supportive from nutrition concerns to insurance concerns. I'm so glad we have such an amazing practice in such a small community, I have never had to leave my hometown and have the best facility possible! If you're considering this life saving surgery you owe it to yourself to attend an information session and see and hear them firsthand, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Raymond Washington has been a life saver to me! Along with his baractric team they have made my surgery a success. They provide so much education before and after surgery to help the patient breeze through the whole process and not be blind sided. Dr. Washington makes sure that you are doing what you are suppose to be doing and he has a wonderful support group that we meet 2 times a month. I am 11 weeks post op and I have successfully gotten off all medications. I have lost a total of 70lbs since January with my surgery done on July 13th 2015.

I had my surgery a few months ago and have been very happy with Dr. Grantham and his team. He is very knowledgeable about bariatric surgery. He treats you with respect and kindness and I believe he really cares about his patients and their success. I recommend him to my family, friends and coworkers all the time. Before surgery the focus is on education education education and preparing for all the changes that come with bariatric surgery, most of which the patients haven't even considered. He also has a great support team that works with him, Especially Jan, she is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of bariatrics. From the first time I met Dr. Washington at the 04/12/2010 info session in Asheboro-NC, I knew he was the surgeon for me.

I instantly connected with him, hung on to his every word, and trusted him with my life! My husband was with me and felt the same way.

Over the course of my journey, my respect and appreciation for this Dr. has only improved. He employees a wonderful, thorough, hard-working staff across the board. His work consists of more than bariatric, he performs many types of surgery, and works closely with cancer patients. Washington strictly emphasizes pre-surgery patient eduction as well as post-op aftercare and maintenance. He does not view any office visit, phone call, or concern as silly or non-relevant.

Both surgical competence and bedside manner are phenomenal. I am thankful to Washington for choosing, and his family for supporting, this career path. His work saves lives, prolongs life, heals. He is more than a great person, more than a great surgeon. I am so thankful I found this Doctor.

I have had an awesome experience with the whole bariatric team at Pinehurst Surgical Center. My surgeon Dr. Grantham has been wonderful both preop and postop. I would highly recommend their services to anyone wanting to change their lives for a healthier and better YOU. I had surgery on May 13, 2015 and have lost 61 pounds. I decided along with Dr. Grantham to have the gastric sleeve surgery. I am very pleased thus far with my results and look forward to what the future holds.
