Earl Noyan, MD Bariatric Center
Dr. Noyan's office is very pleasant. I worked with Dr. Noyan and Dr. Prokurat for my surgery. Everything was a sucess, and I am so grateful for these 2 Doctors. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Dr. Noyan and Dr. Prokurat work as a team and I could not be more happy with them. I saw Dr. Prokurat for most of my office visits and he has a great way of making you feel comfortable with what is about to happen.
On the day of surgery both Dr.s came in to see me before and their confidence made me feel at ease and ready for the days ahead.
Afterward, their bedside manor was superb. I knew they were available to the nurses if anything came up and they both visited me and made me feel comfortable.
The office staff is second to none. Answering all my questions, keeping me calm and always letting me know they were able to handle anything that came up!

I highly recommend Dr. Noyan! He did my surgery on 12/16/09 and everything went well. His demeanor is very calming and his wife, who works in the office as well, is very gracious. His office staff is very helpful and competent. I never had the sense that I was on an assembly line or being pitched to buy a used car. (I felt that way during both of my consultations with Dr. Brolin (Plainsboro, NJ).
If you're contemplating surgery - check out Dr. Noyan!!!
My first impression of Dr. Noyan and his wife Avril was a pleasant one. They both were informative, friendly, professional. The entire staff is the same. Prior to coming to the decision to do the surgery, I was very affraid. As time, went on, I became very confident because of the competence and attention I received from Dr. Noyan. My only regret is...What took me so long.
Aug. 31, 2005, I had my surgery with Dr. Noyan at Centrestate Hospital in Freehold, NJ. Dr. Noyan is a caring, dedicated physician. My experience with Dr. Noyan was wonderful and rewarding. Nothing negative can be said regarding my surgery, pre and post op care, office staff, competence. Wonderful person and physician.
I loved him from day one.As soon as I talk to him the first time I knew he would be my surgeon.rn I have only had 3 visits to his ofice.I will compleate my statement later on on my road.
I really liked my surgeon when I met him for the first time. He let me ask questions and never hesitated on answering any of them. His office staff is also amazing and they are down to earth. They were laughing along with me. I know a patient of his already and when she recommended Dr. Noyan to me she was very pleased with him also and she has had her surgery done almost a year now and gone back for fills over that time. He has a great support group and also believes in helping his patients if he sees them start to slip up in their progress.
11/17/08: I first met with Dr. Noyan in October, 2008, when I went in to discuss both the Lap Band and the RNY procedures. He was very nice and talked to me about the pros and cons of each procedure. From what he said, it sounded like I would lose more weight more quickly with the RNY, and have less of an opportunity to \"cheat\" aftetrwards. He stressed the need to follow the same diet and exercise program no matter which procedure I chose. He gave me some material, including the upcoming dates for his support group which meets once a month.rnrnI met with the psych and NUT and had some tests done by the pulmo and cardio docs and I have been cleared for surgery. The date is Dec. 12th, but Dr. Noyan's office now has to send everything to my insurance for an official OK. His wife, Avril, who provides in-office counseling and is at the support group meetings, doesn't seem to think this will be a problem (I have Oxford and my BMI is 43), but I'm hoping to have all the paperwork together for submission by the end of the week. rnrnAt the first support group meeting, I would say that 99% of the people there had had RNY and everyone seemed pretty happy. There was a lot to take in that night for a first-timer, so I'm looking forward to the meeting this week to get some questions answered. rnrnI will update this after the surgery to address the rest of the points. I do wish there was something more in the way of meetings or info sessions prior to the surgery--right now I just feel like I'm marking time all by myself. rnrn12/15/08: Had my surgery last Friday. No problems, no complications ,and I am home now. Just a bit achy and sore, and I have a headache. I have an appt. to see Dr. Noyan this Thursday. My biggest question for him is why am I feeling hungry? And how do I know if I am feeling full? I get a pain in my chest, so I'm assuming that's the full feeling. But I pretty much always feel \"mouth hungry\" and spend a lot of time thinking about food.
My first impression of Dr. Noyan was that he was very friendly. His bed side manner was very professional and he made me feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and i love his wife avril. I would recommend anyone to him.
Honestly I felt safe in his hands and he always seemed ready for anything. He has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable.
