Dr. Sowemimo is wonderful! From my first visit with him i felt very comfortable as his patient and knew i was in good hands. I felt confident at that time that i had picked the best surgeon to perform my gastric sleeve procedure. His bedside manner was very friendly, personal and caring and that put me at ease both before and after my surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about undergoing bariatric surgery. His office staff are excellent , very helpful and caring to all patients, along with a very good balance of professionalism and efficiency. I could not be happier and more pleased with my entire experience with Dr. Sowemimo and his staff!

Dr. Seun performed my surgery in October 2010. He sent me to classes before the surgery to learn how to eat post surgery. They were very heplful. I think I was one of his most diffucult patients. Lets face it, I had surgery and things can happen. After all I went through I must say there are always risks. If I had to I would do it all over again. Dr. Seun was so attentive to me and all my needs. He was there everyday at least once a day. I had great nurses and have had great success since my surgery. Two years after my surgery and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Sowemimo. At my heaviest I was 331 lbs.10 months after surgery I am 242 lbs and I feel great! AT the initial consultation he offered me choices as to what He thought might be best for my needs and he accepted my input. The entire procedure was layed out and easy for me to follow. After the surgery My follow up appointments and group discussions have all helped me to "stay on track" and continue my weight loss. I have recommended him to several of my co workers and they all have had excellent results! Thank You Dr. Sowemimo!

Dr Adeyeri performed my surgery on 10/24/12. I was very nervous about the procedure, but Dr Adeyeri made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions never rushed me or made me feel bad. His staff helped me through all the pretesting and certifications required. The day of my surgery 10/24/12 - I was very nervous but there was Dr. Adeyeri with a smiling face and usual humor to calm my nerves.
Dr. Adeyeri and his staff are truly top notch! He really shows care for his patients and treats you with respect and kindness. I had to call him twice during my recovery and I never felt uncomfortable about it - in fact he assured me I should not feel bad about calling anytime I had a question and he does mean it.

I am just starting on this journey to a new healthier me but I have to say I know I made the right decision to have the surgery and I chose the right doctor.

I visited Dr. Seun 2 times over the course of a year before deciding to have gastric sleeve weight loss surgery. At each meeting he was so kind and informative. He really took the time to answer all of my questions and I had a lot of questions! Once I decided to proceed, I knew I was in the "best hands" with Dr. Seun and I mean that literally. Dr. Seun is so down to earth yet he exudes a confidence that makes you feel everything will be okay.

I am one week post-op, feeling pretty good and most importantly, no commplications. I would highly recommend Dr. Seun if you are considering weight loss surgery. He is awesome. Dr. Seun gave me a new lease on life and I am looking forward to my journey to a new life. Ultimately, I went through with this surgery because of Dr. Seun. If I didn't feel 100% confident in my surgeon I would have never proceeded. I will always be grateful to Dr. Seun. And, I'll never forget how he pinched my cheek (as to say it's going to be okay) before I was wheeled into the operating room. It may have been a simple gesture, one I doubt many big surgeons like Dr. Seun would do but it made me feel so at ease.

Additionally, I'd like to add that his staff is wonderful too. The personalized service provided at his office is outstanding.

My name is Mrs. Kim Washington and I had the Sleve done on June 20, 2012 by Dr. Seun Sowemimo. I am prove to announce that I have lost 47 lbs and is feeling terrific. The recovery from the surgery went very well with hardly no pain thanks to Dr. Sowemimo precribing wonderful drugs. I now feel more energetic to walk for longer distances, I am satisfied with eating healthy foods, and I am now only taking one blood pressure bill instead of two.

I had the best experience going thru Lap Band surgery. Dr Seun was always available for answers to my questions. bypass surgery is 3 months out and I feel amazingly differant and have a whole new lease on life. Renewed energy and a feeling of ability to reach my goals, its a great feeling to see the scale move in the opposite direction... thank you Dr. Sowemimo, I have now lost 90 pounds and counting.
I would recomend this way of life to anyone searching for weight loss.
