Michelle - YOU CAN DO THIS!!! My friend did it on Feb 21 and she is doing great. Not loosing the weight as fast as she would like, but is slow and steady. She didn't gain it overnight - so be good to your self. One day at a time. GOD BLESS YOU! Joan W.

Thanks for your words of support. We will be in surgury the same day. I know what you mean about how hard it is to watch what I eat now. Seems like I am eating everything in sight. I think of somthing and think I'll never get to eat that again so I eat it now. Monday is my pre-op so Monday starts my diet. Thanks so much for your support. Marsha
