Dear Margaret~~~Just read your post. You seem a little anxious and you are perfectly entitled to it. Just remember, WLS is going to be the result of your very brave decision. Being a little forgetful is just part of the anxiety. (Don't put the cat in the fridge. Made you think didn't I?) Seriously, I will keep you in my prayers for a gentle, safe trip to your surgery date and beyond it. Be well, be happy, be blessed.

Margaret...my prayers are with you for a safe surgery and speedy recovery. I hope you are having a good weekend spending time with your precious family. Please have someone from your family post an update following surgery. Just think when you wake up you will be on the other side with all the other "losers"! Keep looking up! Marie Ulmer P.S. Hi Margaret, I just wanted to tell you that I am 6 days post op and doing fine. I know how you feel, I was there a week ago. How I coped was that I committed to dealing with 30 minute increments. I never left for the hospital, I just got into the car. We are 40 minutes from the hospital here. ;o) The other thought that calmed me down was this: Everything in my life has led me to this moment. Whatever happens, was what was meant to happen. I hope this helps! Good luck on YOUR day. I will be thinking of you. Gina
