Kirk, I am pre-op and your site gives me so much hope! You are awesome and you should be very proud of yourself! What a journey! You have come along way baby! Keep up the great work. Oh, and thank you so much for the website fitday.com, I just came back from my visit to my nutritionist and she gave me papers to fill out, I hate that and then I saw your page and went ot the site and that is incredible!
