hello everyone. yesterday we had a nice surprise... bo mccoy and cheryl mills stopped by to visit jeremy. he was so happy to see them. if anyone would like to visit jeremy, it is perfectly fine. he is not completely coherent yet, but he is so glad to see people who care. for those of you wishing to do so, he is in the sicu (4th floor of doan hall) at osu main in columbus, ohio. you can call about the visiting hours. dr. muscarella is back from vacation so hopefully we will be able to speak with him today. jeremy's white blood count is down to 26,000 now, but we still are unsure of the source of the infection. he has a dark area at his incision now, but they are not that concerned about... they said it is common. his kidneys have not changed. his heart rate is still high and his blood pressure is still low. they will start the continuous dialisist machine again today. he is still on the ventilator. today he told me to tell mr. bailor (our college philosophy teacher) that he couldn't talk to him today... that was really cute. he must be having random dreams and visions. that's about it... he is still hanging in there and i keep saying my prayers. he is gettting slightly stronger every day. i'm so proud of him. i'll try to update again soon.
love,
robbi
