Sally, Who am I to tell you to hang in there? Who am I to tell you to fight? Who am I to tell you anything?? <P> I am one of your family members. I have been morbidly obese. I have been in pain. I have had struggles I thought I would not get thru. <P> I truely think God has a purpose for you Sally. I believe you have touched hundreds of us on this AMOS board. I believe you are here for a reason. We love you. FOr that reason, Im gonna give you a swift kick in the pants. (OUCH!) Im gonna tell you to fight. Im gonna tell you to hang in there. We love you. FIGHT! HANG IN THERE! Finish the plan God has put before you.

I am praying for you and your family. I am not sure what words could be said to make you feel better, but I want you to know that I am thinking of you and praying that the procedures that are being done or that will be done will eradicate the Cancer. God Bless.

Sally.I know that what you're going through is very serious, and right now it may seem there is no answer. But I believe miracles do happen. Sally-have not written to you in a long while, knowing how busy you have been, but in reading the board tonight, I find that you are now facing another hurdle. Dear Sally - I have never written to you before, but I need to tell you how beautiful of a person you are. I read all the details while you were going through your surgery cancellations, distress and fear about the WLS, and finally, your ultimate decision not have WLS. I was amazed that after all of that, you stayed with us and graced us with your presence. You have been through so much in your short time on earth, that I think you should be done with the trouble already! You must be the strongest person around to make it through to here. I admire your perserverance, your honesty and your spirit. You have a true, true friend in Lois. I have one of those...she lives 1000 miles away, though. At least Lois can be with you and help you through this part of your journey. I have prayed for you and will continue to pray that you make it through this hard part of your life. I believe you have gone through all this trouble for a reason - a mission - and hopefully it will present itself to you. At the very least, you are a true inspiration to all of your friends at the AMOS site. May you get over this latest and get on with your life! Juliet in WA.
