Hello Dan, my uncle had gone through a knee replacement, which at first was promising. Until he got home. After that it was painful, not healing well, he had to go in for 7 surgeries after that to bend his knee, because of the scar tissue growing around the new knee, it was not working. They told him that if it didnt get any better in the next week they would amputate. I was with him every day, he had a nurse come in and help him bend it, but it did not progress. It was coming up to the last day that the docs gave him before amputating, and all of a sudden his leg looked pink again, instead of clamy and white. He started to be able to walk on it! This was after quite afew weeks of not doing well at all and deep depression. Please know that things sometimes have to get worse before they get better and we are all praying for you so in your time of need, we are there for you. Things can only get better and time heals all wounds. You will get better. Thank you
