Judy, Please don't give up!!! You can do it!! I don't know if this is any consolation with your slow loss, but I've noticed the folks in the lower 40's with their BMI's tend to lose a bit slower. I guess -- as weird as this may sound -- since you are one of the tinier folks, your body might be adjusting as you go along instead of the folks who have quite a bit more to lose and then reach those really long plateaus. Just a theory here. Best of luck to you and have a WONDERFUL day!!
