OK, the second of my two psych exams is done. Played 165 true / false questions yesterday. I believe that the people at the psych center believe that I am sufficiently crazy enough to do this. They tell me the results will be at the weight loss center tomorrow (Friday or no later than Monday) but the people at the weight loss center say that it usually takes about three weeks to get the results (not what I wanted to here).

I moved my next appointment at the weight loss center up a week to March 17^th. I’m trying to expedite the process as much as I can cause I’m starting to get antsy, want to (as Larry, The Cable Guy says) “Git ‘er done”.

There are only nine Square Roots Days each century.   This is the first in five years and the last for another seven.   The next will fall on April 4, 2016.

Ok, another small step taken today. I had the first of two psych evaluations. Dr Samuels confirmed what everybody already thought, I’m crazy as hell, but not dangerous. No, seriously though, I was told I didn’t have to play 550 questions, just 150 questions, next week.

  When Dr. Samuels asked me if I had questions or comments I said. “You know what’s nice about being insane? Nobody asks you to explain”. He shook his head and told me to leave. One more small step in the journey down, and many, many more to go, just to get to the surgery. Patience, Patience, Patience, OH, I wish I had some.   

Hi Everybody, I just signed up to the website and currently in pre-op preparation. Hope to have my Lap-Band done sometime in May.

My wife would like to have some information. She would like to know how the spouses and significant others handle the changes that have to occur around the house. Things like not eating out as much, Sunday family dinners, company visits and eating, not having several snacks around the house all the time, ect, ect, ect. She and I are both new to this and share some anxieties. This must be done, my health depends on it. I don’t want to be special, I want to be NORMAL.
