Paula, I was just reading your profile, again. I am so sorry no one is helping you get this done. I was hoping the situation had changed since the last time I read it. I had been denied twice and it made me feel absolutley horrible. I finally got a letter this past Saturday giving me approval for the pre-certifiction of the hospital visit and surgery date. I will keep you in my prayers and thanks so much for your response.
