Oh glorious day I have a surgery date! November 7th! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I am so stoked about this! WOO HOOO!

Today is Oct 18th the day before my son turns 20. I got an email today that says IM APPROVED by my insurance company and I just have to wait unitl the call to schedule my lapband. Oh glorious day for me. I am so ready for this life changing event, that I am preparing for the change NOW! I have started to eat slower, smaller portions, and I cut things up so tiny and I am not drinking anything during a meal. I eat more frequently and small amouts and healthier. I am excited today and I know all days won't be this way but I am going to make the best of it. Pray for me throughout this journey as I am praying for all of you. May his Grace shine upon us in our darkest moments and his Light Brighten our gloomiest days.
