Just checking in on the web site. I haven't said anything since the loss of Marilyn because I truly don't know what to say. I am so sorry for your loss, Shonna. I want to say thanks for keeping us updated and sharing your picture. That is very special and I know how hard it must be for you to check this site. I won't stop checking in. Take care, hope to hear from you soon. Love Jeannette

to marilyn's family. what a beautiful pict of her and her daughter. i am so saddened when i read about the lost of person who was only trying to have a healthier better life, and i feel blessed to see another day with my children. it opens my mind to realize that a dirty room is not worth arguing or screaming over and a messy kitchen will get cleaned up thank you for reminding me to settle down and be thankful for each day given. God bless and my prayers are with you all at this time glenda berry

As most of you know, my dear friend Marilyn lost her battle with obesity on Thursday, November 15th due to complications from her surgery. You may think this is 'strange', but I still visit her profile every day because it makes me feel closer to her. I was stunned to open her profile this morning and find a beautiful picture of Marilyn and her lovely daughter, Shonna, posted to Marilyn's profile. I spoke to Shonna this morning and she has indicated that once they have the results of the autopsy, she will post to the website what exactly happened that allowed the angels to take Marilyn. I know that Marilyn is in a better place now -- that she has a perfect body, no more pain, and that she is the perfect embodiment of love. I also know that all of us who were privileged to know her here on earth will miss her terribly, and that she is looking down on us and watching over all those she loves. I'm posting this message to encourage all of you to go to Marilyn's profile and see my beautiful friend - and know that we have another angel in heaven watching over us! Hugs and blessings to all of you.

Jerry, Shonna and all of Marilyn's family, I am so sorry to hearing of Marilyn's passing. I know it must be so difficult to understand how something Marilyn wanted so badly, could go so wrong. Bend and Redmond support groups will miss her terrribly and you, her family will be in the hearts and prayers of us all. God Bless you and comfort you in the days ahead.

My heart is breaking - I can't even BEGIN to comprehend how Jerry and Shonna must be feeling because my heart won't allow me to go there. Marilyn was such a dear, dear person and was so excited about the new life ahead of her. Now she is in heaven in her perfect body, but we will miss her SO much here on earth. The angels are rejoicing because she has joined them, but I am crying because I won't have the pleasure of our talks, our laughs, our emails - my memories of Marilyn will always be dear to my heart. May God bless the family in their time of sorrow.
