Hi everyone

              This is my first blog.   I recently joined the group and I am glad I did.  I have spoken to different people and have made a few posts.  I am patiently waiting for the 2oth of this month for my surgery.  I am being banded in Toronto by Dr. Cobourn.  I am very excited. 

              This site has been very helpful in the form of articles, chats,  etc.....except I`m tickerless and can`t figure out how to get it from the site to my profile.  I know it simple right....Can`t do it.  Anyway,  7 more days to go. I  have been on the opti-fast since the 6th and everything is going well.  It is hard at times but...It will be all worth it in the long run.  And I have get used to it ... Nothing will be the same after. 

                Well, gotta to go right now-I have to somehow get through a staff BBQ.  This could be interesting.  Talk to you soon.
