I had a cat scan they found an intussussepetion in my bowel. Dr Archer recommended that i have an uper gi done to make sure there are no blockages and thank god there were none. I spent 6 hours in the ER on sunday due to the pain being so bad they gave me morphine twice and alot stronger drug than morphine and it did not touch the pain. the er dr called the surgeon on call and explained the situation with the bowel and that i had bariatric surgery the surgeon on call would not even come and see me he felt it was out of his ball park. so they sent me home and told me to find a surgeon locally that would take on my case since my surgery place is 4 hours from here. I reaserched a Dr Heap here in Richland Wa and made an apt with him WHAT A F--KING JERK the minute kevin and i was in the office he stated that he did not have a chance yet to look over my cat scan since his laptop screen is not very clear. so the reason i was seeing him was due to the out come of the ct scan at this point i was informed by two of my surgeons back home what was there the ER doctor and the radiologist. so while i was at dr heaps office he proceeded to inject my stomache with 6 shots of ladicaine to see if he could numb the area because his believes its nerve issues and not the real problem. i left there and two days later saw Dr. Foxx he reviewed my ct scan and paper work with me and he stated that i would definatly need surgery. they will use the same scar line that i have from my other surgery. i should have surgery the first week of sept.

On friday July 20th 07 my little chocolate lab ruby started having seizures and kevin and i rushed her to the vet where she stayed for 5 hours they could not get her seizures under control so they had us pick her up at 5:30pm to take her to the animal hospital so she wil be able to stay the night there we got her there and waited around while we were there and the doctor told us that it did not look good for her at 7:15pm she came out and let us know that we needed to decide what to do with her there was no option other than putting her to sleep since they could not find out what was wronge with her it was not a toxin they had no idea what brought them on. she was only a  year and a half and i miss her so much. im just really frustrated since they could not figure out what was wronge with her.

Today is July 15th and i am down 51 pounds so far. the scale now shows 231 i cant wait until it shows under 200. but i know it will come sooner than i think. i am starting to feel better and a little more energy than before but my tummy still hurts. while i was getting our house ready for the move to the tricities i tore across my tummy on the inside and that is some pain. but its getting better for me as im letting it heal. my clothes are starting to fit real loose and that is how i know that im shrinking. but my family is all back together now and there is nothing better than that. my hubby is great with compliments

Well since the last time i posted i have had a blood transfusion and another surgery they had to open me up this time. Its funny how you think that you are doing well and then all of sudden your world falls apart. they took me in on 5/4/07 for a cat scan of my tummy and found that i had an hernia and all the stiches and work that was done on 5/1/07 was torn apart and leaking in my body.. they rushed me in for emergency surgery and had to fix it and remove 9 more inches off my bowel. i woke up with 30 staples down my tummy and a drain tube. 

5/18/07 went to the Drs. and they took out my staples but the drain tube will have to stay with me until june 5th 07.. I could not believe that i am already down 23 pounds im excited. Its been rough i had not seen my hubby since 5/7/07 since he had to go back to work in washington.
my sister and my mom came to help out and i am so thankful i dont know what i would have done with out my mom staying with me and taking care of my girls, but she went home and kevin came home this weekend and then i will be alone with the girls and i am a little scared. but we will be ok they are good girls and try to take care of there mommy. 

thats all i have for now im so thankful to GOD for saving my life.....

Whew, 6:00 am was early. Everything went according to procedure, when Dr. Archer was finishing stiching up my insides, he noticed that my bowel was twisted(eeek). He immediatly removed the stiches and realigned the bowel. Thank god he seen it before he left the body. I have had a couple glitches as in highpulse rate for the first 2 days and now my blood levels are really low, so they are now going to give me blood. So here we sit(my family and I) waiting to get better. I never thought water would taste soooo good. I will keep everyone up to date on my outcome of my hospital stay, if everything goes well this evenin and mornin I should be able to go home on friday 5-4-07. Cross your fingers and say a quick little prayer, will return later. Toni

my hubby just got a job in the Tricities and will be leaving during the week and coming home on the weekends. we are very excited about getting to move back over there but it will be really hard to take care of the girls by myself and after my surgery but we will make do. we have been in the centeral oregon area almost 2 yrs and we are not able to make it with the construction work so we are getting to go  back home and the girls are so excited i cant wait until i go i have my surgery on may 1st and will not get to move until july and i cant wait to see what my friends say when they see me. they have never seen me anything but the size i am now. that is the most current info in my life right now  i hope this catches all of you doing well god bless.

I just came back today 4-4-07 from Dr. Archer's office and i have a surgery date of MAY 1ST 2007....  Im so excited i cant belive it i finally have a date. I just thought i would share this with the rest of you. Have a great day
