Hanna had surgery today
Dec 17, 2007
Today Hanna had her surgery for her Tonsils. She did great I am sure the next few days will kick her butt. I only have 1 pound to go before i have lost 100 pounds how fricken exciting... We are all moved in to our new house and its great the dogs love the yard and i love no stairs and not driving the girls to and from school. Just getting ready for Christmas and not looking forward to it at all i really dont like this time of the year it really makes you realize just how alone you really are, and that sucks big time. Still looking for a job one day soon i hope to be blessed with one. My sister panda is coming in a few days to visit since they wont be able to during xmas but i am so glad she will be here for a few days. My T.J. is still having issues with his leg i am so tired of giving him downers and pain killers we really need to find out what the issue is so he can get better. I hope everyone has a great Holiday Season and a Happy New Year.....
Moving

Yeah we are moving this weekend i cant wait to get out of this duplex and back into a house. I dont like sharing a wall with the neighbors my kids are way to loud. I went up to portland and met with Dr. Deveney thank god it does not sound like i have to have surgery any time soon. they are going to watch me very close and make sure that the Intussusception does not change. they dont want to cut me open if they dont have to. they also said that if i had the surgery it would not guarantee the pain would be gone. boy does that suck. i just thought i would catch up.

No Bake Cookies
2 c. Splenda
1/2 c. low fat or skim milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter (crunchy or smooth depending on what you like)
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. oatmeal
Combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a rapid boil and cook for 1 ½ minutes EXACTLEY! Measure time from the beginning of a full rapid/rolling boil. Timing is critical. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla quickly. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.
I found this on the Tennessee board....they sound sooo good! I wanted to pass it along to you!

As of 10/22/07 i still had not heard a thing from Dr. Foxx's office so i called again to find out when i will be having surgery. i asked to speak to the office mgr. she would not be in until tuesday so i called back on tuesday i spoke with her and asked her when will i be having surgery and she stated to me you have not heard from dr foxx and i said no if i had do you think i would be calling today? she informed me that over a month ago he consulted with his assistant and decided that my surgery was to complicated for him to perform on me, i have not heard a word from anyone the issue that i have is very serious and can become life threating but it seems like no one gives a shit. i told her to get my paper work together so i can send it to the next doctor she then informed me that in washington state they have 90 days to get the files copied for me. what BS i called the AMA and spoke to them about records and she basically pulled the numbers out of her butt. they have 15 days at the latest. i cant believe that people can treat others this way.so i researched some doctors on line at OHSU and i will be meeting with a Dr. Deveney i will have to drive 4 hours to meet with him and it will make it hard on my family i for me to have surgery that far away but we will make due.

There has been alot going on lately. my family and i went over to centeral oregon to visit my dad that was nice i had not seen him since june. but while we were there my two puppies got sick and they were vomiting alot we went home on saturday and roxy was fine and back to her normal self as for t.j he was still throwing up so on monday i called to get him into the vet. my youngest daughters school called and said that she has pink eye so i also had to pick her up and take her to the dr. as well since she will not be able to go back until she has been seen. we got her some drops and i took tj to the vet and they asked me did you ever think of parvo? i was like no way since his sister was sick as well and it was there first time ever out of our back yard. until that weekend and there has to be an incubation period for parvo so they run the test and he is positive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he was very sick and not his normal self they told me that its not the parvo that will kill him but it will be dehydration and he has about 80% against him. so they started him on iv fluids and antibiotics they sent iv home with us so we can take care of him and i did not want to stop there so i researched parvo and found there is a product called parvo guard that was 100% guaranteed to help save his life so i orderded it and it came next day well in the mean time we are trying to keep him going on the fluids. when it came i started it right away within 12 hours he was almost back to his old self thee next day you would never had known he was sick at all. thank you GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
on thursday my hubby tells me that the guys from our jeep club called and asked if he could go to vegas for the baja run he would be back on sunday. he works hard and long hours so i told him to go and then i was mad that he went. mostly because i never get to go anywhere. he had a great time and got home safe last night. thank GOD!!! i went out this weekend with my girls and i bought my first pair of levis ever yay for me. i felt great wearing them with a cute top that i bought and a nice pair of high heeled boots.

Well its been awhile since i wrote last and over the weekend i went below my husbands weight and that was very exciting for me. The part i find very frustrating is that i am not loosing like i was im just over 4 months out and have lost 77 pounds but i dont like that one day i will have dropped a pound or two and then gain it back. it is the weirdest thing ever. but im sure that i will continue to loose, at least i hope so since i am no where near my goal.
