Diane passed away peacefully @ around 2am CST this morning. She opened her eyes for about 15 minutes (I guess to take one last look around) and softly breathed her last breath with her daughter holding one hand and I held the other. Now it's time to rest & get our lives back in order. Many thanks you each of you for your continued prayers, support & friendship. Diane's daughter, Cimarron, and a friend from Boston created her memorial website that. Dear Lord I am again asking for strength to endure this trial for my sister Diane. Please hold her close to you at this time and take her straight to heaven as soon as possible. Please give strength of endurance to her family and friends until and after you deliver Diane from this valley of the shadow. I thank you God in the name of Jesus for Your love. Cyn

DEAR "LORD" I AM SENDING THIS PRAYER TO YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOLE. "LORD" OUR SWEET DIANE NEED TO COME HOME TO YOU SO SHE CAN FEEL YOU LOVE. HER BODY IS KEEPING HER HERE AND SHE NEED YOU TO COME AND TAKE HER HOME. SHE IS READY AND SO IS EVERY ONE THAT LOVES HER. WE ARE AT PEACE THAT THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THAT CAN BE DONE FOR HER. Sweet Jesus please sustain this daughter and friend of your child,Diane. Give them strength Dear Lord to know that You are with them in this valley. Please comfort them in the fact that Diane is in Your Holy presence even now. Bring the veil of sleep to Diane so she can be with You tonight as the thief was taken straight from the cross to stand at Your right hand in glory. All these things I ask in Your name. Amen Cyn

Just returned from the hospital. I am trying to give Cimarron (daughter) a break for as we are sitting with her 24/7 now.... Diane is opening her eyes occasionally but isn't communicating.... The morphine drip is up to 10 now to keep her pain-free.... Her vital signs are unstable.... I asked the nurse if she would give me a *guess* as to how long Diane would be with us... she said "maybe another day"... BUT "Only the the person upstairs knows for sure". Cimarron is holding up as well as can be expected under the circumstances. Please continue to hold the family in prayer for strength & comfort. Hugz n Blessings, Cath
