I am so glad we are back home and everything went well!  It was really a good thing to have to go thru this on the other side first...I see so many things that I WILL do different! 

I am so glad that I have quit smoking...I think that is huge!  I know things would have been smoother for Joel had he not been actively smoking prior to his surgery!  Lord, knows it is hard...but I hope he will quit soon , so we can lengthen our lives and enjoy life longer.  

Everyone was so good to Joel, it really makes me more at ease about the whole situation!  I have to say that I am really impressed with Hillcrest hospital...We are so blessed to have a great doctor and our new friends!  

I am just going to stash my money, I want the surgery and I want it NOW...
