my deepest sorrow for Charlotte's family. I am so sorry for your lost. This is my mothers birthday today and she is in heaven with your Charlotte. Please accept my condelences with all of my heart.

It is with deep sadness that I must inform you of CHARLOTTE MILLS death this morning. Charlotte had RNY to repair and replace her 1981 stapling, which had caused internal problems. Charlotte battled with many health issues post-op and this morning fainted in her kitchen, was given CPR and taken to the hospital where she died. Charlotte was a member of the MAY DAY CLUB, 10 of us who had surgery around the same date. She was always supportive, cheerful and informative. We will miss her dealy, as her family and friends will too. Charlotte's sister CHERYL STEVENS (Houston, TX peer on this site), also had RNY and has had complications and is in the hospital today awaiting being removed slowly from blood thinners before they release her. Her husband had to give her the news that her best friend and sister had passed. Please take a moment to send Charlotte's family an e-mail via this site, and if you can, send Cheryl Stevens encouraging words to help her through this most traumatic of times. May Charlotte's family find the strength through their love and faith to deal with this. My thoughts and sympathy are with you.

Dear Charlotte...I just wanted you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Sometimes when we are in the midst of physical problems, they can seem overwhelming...but they will pass and one day you will be able to get on with your new and improved life and also be ready to help others because of what you have experienced. Hang in there!!

HELP! Charlotte has had a very rough time after her May 3rd surgery. She has been in and out of the hospital with complications and is still very weak and needs your prayers and support. She and I had surgery on the same day, so I feel she is like a sister to me. Please send her some love and help her through this challenging time. Love to all, KathyA :0) xox
