I have very sad news to report. I just received and e-mail from Charlotte's daughter Lori that Charlotte passed away this morning at 10:10 AM of a Pulmonary Embolus. The doctors tried everything but she just wasn't responding. Her family has requested and autopsy just to hopefully get some answers so that they will be able to better understand what happened. Please send your love and support to Charlotte's daughter Lori and her sister Cheryl who also recently had LapRNY and has had lots of complications. Charlotte was a wonderful friend to everyone that knew her and she will never be forgotten. Vicki Mize

I did not know Charlotte but I am sure she was a wonderful, strong and courageous woman. God bless and peace be with you.
