Wow, Charlene...nice work! Your efforts in keeping ON Cigna day and night have paid off. (Cigna sure is tough one from the posts I've seen lately...I think they've even topped Kaiser now in degree of difficulty) I pray things will go much more smoothly and SWIFTLY for you now. Hugs, Joy
