Call your Insurance and get a clarification on your co-pay. The visit if like mine shouldn't be but the co-pay amount. No matter what was covered. It was an appointment that has a co-pay of $15.00 then take the policy explination back to your pcp and get a refund.

Charlene, I can't understand why you are being charged for the PCP to write a prescription for you. Do you do this when she has to write you prescriptions for other services? What I would do is get on the phone with Cigna and complain, then I would request another PCP. One that hasn't lost their mind. Good luck to you in your pursuit and I am praying that everything will work out fine for you.
