The weight is melting off!

Well today is Saturday and I am feeling great. I got on the scale and nearly passed out. 250.8 is what it said and on Wednesday (the day of surgery) I was 260. I am not hungry at all and I thank GOD for that. BEWARE of the haters because the lurk around evry corner! My own sister called me yesterday morning talking about she is going to MCDonalds to get a sausage MCGriddle. Now you know I have not eaten anything in a few days and she knows that is my favorite breakfast. So I went to sleep hallucinating about a damn piece of sausage.
LOL! Then she calls me later in the afternoon and says she thinks she'll treat herself to Carraba's which is only my favorite restuarant in the world. The serve Italian and believe me you have not had Italian unless you've had Carabbas. She of course said she'll be ordering my favorite meal which is what I had for my "last supper". It's called Spindino De Mare. So of course yesterday afternoon I walked arould daydreaming or gigantic grilled shrimp and scallops marinated in a lemon butter sauce!
But I am detrmined I will suceed and I thank GOD for my tool. I feel so good the weight is coming off...my I feel like bustin a move like Michael Jackson!
