Thank you for your note on 7/24. I'm new at this and just finding out how to navigate this web site. I just read your note today. I also have CIGNA and have dreampt the CIGNA nightmare (not actual denial), just a mass of mess ups that could of led to denial if you don't SIT on them. It was great to get your encouraging message -11 days to go!
