Hi Kim thanks for the encouragement!... I have surgery Monday the 2nd of July come home the 4th of July... I am both excited and a bit apprehensive..but hubby is very supportive.. He took me out on a date on Friday, Dinner and then we spent the night at a hotel. We sat in a hot tub then swam in the pool, then retired to our room and played more grown up games. It was a blast... Sandi

Good morning Kimberly! I read your post on 4/19/01 and I wanted to share with you that today is my one year anniversary of my WLS. I have lost a total of 110 pounds, and I know you will do just great! God bless and get ready for the ride of your life!

After many sleepless nights, your day is almost here. I am so happy for you. Just think what you will look like in a year from today. Heal fast and above all, GOD be with you. Don't forget your vitamins and drink you protien shakes. Take Care, Carol F.
