I had open RNY on 2/3/2003 and believe me underwear is the last thing on your mind. I took enough to change twice a day and never had my bag from home open. No gown, no housecoat, no panties and no bra. My butt was seen by half of the hospital staff and I could have cared less and I am a very modest person. They did put another hospital gown on me backwards when I went to have an x-ray to check for "leaks" and when I finally was able to walk.

HAY TRACEY I HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I CALLED MY INS COMPANY THE FRIDAY AFTER I SAW THE SURGON AND THEY HADN'T RECIEVED MY PAPER WORK YET. YOU NEED TO CALL THE SERGONS OFFICE AND TALK TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF INS CLAIMS AND ASK IF YOUR PAPERS WERE SENT OUT YET. IF THEY HAD TELL THEM THAT THEY HAVEN'T GOT THEM YET. ASK THEM TO REFAX YOUR INS AND TO PLEASE CALL YOU WHEN THEY FIND OUT WHAT HAPPEND . I HOPE THAT THIS HELPS YOU ! I WILL PRAY FOR YOUR APPROVAL
