Hi Pam! Congratulations girl! You are soon to be among the post ops! "Be strong, and of good courage"....it's alot of adjustments and learning how your new "system" works (ie: amount of food, when to eat, what to eat, etc)...but just hang on! It gets easier! They say after doing something for 30 days, it becomes a habit...it's true. After the first month or six weeks, things will really feel normal...a new normal, that is! By then your energy will pick up, and you'll start seeing the results! Take care! Chris
