Kenneth- Hang in there! We know you are probably scared and nervous! Just know you are a brave individual to make this commitment to improve your life now instead of one day later. YOU CAN DO THIS! I understand about the knee issue. I wrenched my right one in college. The doctor could only give me a simple wrap due to my size. :-( I started my journey at a weight of 410 and a BMI of 68.2. On the day of my surgery, I weighed 380 with a BMI of 63.2.I am now 13 months out just about and have lost more than 177 pounds! I am excited to share that my current weight is 233 with a BMI of 38.7. WA-HOO!!!!!!! Your new life is on it's way! Keep the faith! Please feel free to write email or have someone help you post to keep in touch with the rest of us "BIGGEST LOSERS"! (Have you watched this NBC program at all?) We are happy to listen and encourage! ;-) Keep your EYES on the PRIZE! A hopefully happier and healthier you! Remember to celebrate every success no matter how minor! It's HUGE for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Much care, Dawn
