Janine, if you would like to email me, please do. I am also in Ozaukee county. If I can help in any way, I will try. I am just starting this journey, myself.
Janine, I believe it is against the rules for your insurance company to tell your company what kind of surgery you are having. What they are doing is surely unethical and I believe you will have a strong law suit against them if they try to stop your surgery after its been approved and because they've been discussing your case. I'd talk to a lawyer and quick! Best wishes to you!
Dear Janine........many companies do slimey things like yours is doing. Check with your state laws. Even if you quit you can keep your insurance up to 3 months and if you are approved for a procedure and the company tries to change insurance plans then by law they can't until your surgery is complete. DON'T QUIT! Go throught the red tape, have your surgery then quit. LOL That way your company gets to pay up and lose a valuable employee they just coughed up a lot of cash for. Sorry, I know that's stooping to their level but that sort of dirty work by your company (the lying and all) really is offensive. Don't give up! You deserve to be healthy. Take care and God bless!
Congratulation you are starting a new chapter in your life to a healthier and thinner you. You are in my thougths and prayer's for a safe and speedy recovery.
Janine, good luck on your coming surgery. My prayers are with you, and hoping for an uneventful surgery, and a speedy, painfree recovery. See you on the other side. I'm going the same day. Lets get through this. WE CAN DO IT!!
