Pre-Op appointment tomorrow. I finally get all of my questions answered like will it be Open or will it be Lap? When on the 26th will my surgery be? Hopefully in the morning. I had a few questions answered this week by the Patient Education class and the Wellness Seminar. Another update tomorrow afternoon.

Life is basically a self-fulfilling prophecy - wear the rosy colored glasses and KNOW that all will be wonderful. Dream lovely thoughts of next year at this time.... TEN DAYS TO GO!!! Getting down to the home stretch. I went to the patient education class tonight and it was really informative. I learned alot about what is involved with the surgery. Two things I was hoping to aviod: Catherization and Arterial blood gases. I will be having both. I am getting anxious and nervous at the same time. My family and friends have been really supportive of my decision to change my life for the better.
