I just now found out, I've been off board a few days. John was such an inspiration I was looking forward to meeting him. I have tears in my eyes and a tremendous sadness. My prayers are with you and know John is looking down upon you.

It took a few days for me to be able to do this, we on the Calli board will miss you greatly. This was so sad for us all, but I am sure that you now are able to look done upon us all and feel that you have actually received your gift where you are now. We all cared for you very much and it is our loss that hurts us so.

John, we will miss your posts and poems but we will always feel your presense here. Your determination inspires me every time I get frustrated and want to sit on the sidelines. Like now, with your passing after fighting so hard to have a healthier life. But you have taught me better my brother. I will follow your footsteps and never give up. Your life is a blessing to so many. My sincere condolences to John's family and friends.
