It is powdered, and you can mix with water, nonfat milk, crystal lite, juice, whatever, Vanilla is great, make all kinds of drinks. You can order it over the net at EATING HEALTHY.COM OR buy at health food stores (they can order it) if they don't carry it. GNC is pretty high, so try a health food store first.
