I've searched the forums Amna only found things about the tie to food allergies and niacin. I'm not talking abt vitamin B or b complex right now, but I'm regularly flushing in my gave, neck and chest region. It seems to happen randomly, not right after

I was just sitting here at my desk, frustrated with all the protein powders, drinks, bars, that I've purchased since my WLS and thinking "WOW someone needs to start marketing a "NOT SO SWEET" brand of quality Whey Isolate foods!"

I keep looking at the calendar, looking at my current weight, and trying to make sense of all of this.
My "smart" scale is showing a continuing drop in body fat, and an increase in muscle mass (I am pushing my activity pretty hard).

I just got the letter from my Bariatric center with the results from my one month checkup and it has the following comments...
Vitamin B12 - Too High
Iron - Too Low
Magnesium - Too High
I get the low Iron, I wasn't takin

I had my RNY on 3/29. I was about 205 the day of surgery and I dropped to 190, for a 15lb loss the first month (April). I'm on track to drop another ten pounds this month. I don't see others losing this slowly.

In 2014 I had a free flap breast reconstruction where they harvested fat from my belly and transplanted it to my "breasts" after removing implants that were just not working (encapsulated). Now I've had WLS and I'm wondering if I'll lose just some, or

Despite my best of intentions, here I am being that recent WLS patient who is freaked out her weight isn't dropping off like magic!
I had my RNY on March 29, my recovery has been fast, I haven't taken so much as a Tylenol since the first week.
