Plan meals and log ahead, adjust for real life. Make time to exercise every day - log something! If I can't get in something by night time, walk in place for ten minutes.

I've searched the forums Amna only found things about the tie to food allergies and niacin. I'm not talking abt vitamin B or b complex right now, but I'm regularly flushing in my gave, neck and chest region. It seems to happen randomly, not right after

I was just sitting here at my desk, frustrated with all the protein powders, drinks, bars, that I've purchased since my WLS and thinking "WOW someone needs to start marketing a "NOT SO SWEET" brand of quality Whey Isolate foods!"

I keep looking at the calendar, looking at my current weight, and trying to make sense of all of this.

Hi!

I'm an exercise newb. About five years ago I trained for a mini-tri, so I've exercised before, but I don't know a lot about the physical impact of exercise on nutritional needs. In my prior life (pre-WLS) I was probably averaging between 35

I had my RNY on 3/29. I was about 205 the day of surgery and I dropped to 190, for a 15lb loss the first month (April). I'm on track to drop another ten pounds this month. I don't see others losing this slowly.

I feel like (historically) I lost

In 2014 I had a free flap breast reconstruction where they harvested fat from my belly and transplanted it to my "breasts" after removing implants that were just not working (encapsulated). Now I've had WLS and I'm wondering if I'll lose just some, or

I had my RNY on March 29, my recovery has been fast, I haven't taken so much as a Tylenol since the first week.
