continue to skate 3-4 times a week and to add something different into my life just not sure what.
I'm new. 6 weeks out down 41#'s and haven't lost any in 2 weeks. So I thought I'd excercise more.
I want to make sure I'm doing this for all of the weeks leading up to my surgery.
The gym and I have always had a love/hate relationship, now its time for me to learn to LOVE the gym
My goal is to exercise at least 3-5 times a week
I need to do this for my health and well being.

I want to start exersizing so that I can help out my metabolisim!
I am going to the gym already 3 times a week but would like to go more, 6 times would be better.
This, along with changing my eating habits, is going to be the foundation of my lifestyle change.
Scared it is going to hurt lol
I accomplished that this week, now I have to keep it up!
