I want to do this on a consistent basis. I want it to be a habit like brushing my teeth.
To lose 25 more pounds. I started at 279 and I am down 96 pounds. I am still in shock. I feel great!
I have my gym membership. I'd like to do strength training, flexibility training and cardio.
I just joined the YMCA! My surgery is on the 7th so heeerrrreee we go!
I try to exercise once per day for at least 15 min
I joined the YMCA and an water aerobics class that meets M-W-S
I will hit 5 times this week!
I have an eliptical and I just set it up in front of a tv. I figure 1 episode of ER every other day.
Need to get/stay as tone as possible!
