SLOW SLOW SLOW Took over a month to get the report to the Doc. everthing ok buth this. A nice person but held things up a lot.

Mary Martha intimidated me at first but I soon learned that it was food that intimidated me. Mary Martha is extremely knowledgeable in her field and can always offer alternative ways to cook, shop, substitute etc. While I haven't been successful in losing weight throught the Weight Management Program the insight I've gained from Mary Martha has been invaluable and not only impacts me positively but it has also impacted positively the diet of my family.
