Carrie is a true professional, but shares her expertise in a warm, caring, and personable manner. She knows how crucial her job is to preparing the patient for WLS -- and seeing that they are successful following the surgery.

I met with Carrie and was very at ease with the new changes in my diet, she is very patient and explained everything. She stresses the point that she is always available to answer any questions. I ws very impressed with her!

Carrie was absolutely wonderful. She encouraged me to call her if I got stuck with the same foods, or bored eating the same things over. She advised me that she would give me different suggestions or ideas. She stressed the importance of vitamins and proteins. I assumed, before speaking with her, that hair loss was just part of the process, but after speaking with her, I know that it doesn't have to be as long as one follows the prescribed vitamins. She was wonderful, polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

This person is just fabulous! She is informative and knows her job. she knows where to purchas hard to find items, and will give out tips without hesitation. makes me feel confident about my decision knowing that she is available.

Carrie was outstanding. I was very impressed with her knowledge and ability to explain what my nutritional needs post op will be and to give practical examples of how to prepare foods so they are well tolerated and have the highest nutrional value. Her attitude was very open, supportive and caring. She answered all my questions on our first meeting and stressed that she would be available for any questions I may have in the future.

She is very helpful returns calls in a timely manner. She is always friendly and cheerful and willing to help. She visited me while in the hospital and has called me quite often at home.
