Her accent is a little hard to understand in the beginning but she is extremely knowledgeable and wants to make sure that you understand every little detail that will be required of you. She encourages you to ask any questions that you may have to make sure you are fully informed!

I love to hear her talk, I don't know exactly where she is from, I will ask on my next visit. She is very nice and knowledgable about you nutrition after the surgery.
