I've long since started putting powder in my folds, and when I occassionally do get the rashes, I use bag balm on them. It realieves some of the pain and usually if I put it on at night, then in the morning the pain has went away or severely reduced. Also, my doctor has prescribed Dyflucan for the worst of the worst cases. Good luck on your journey

Luvy Luvy... never ever ever ever use cornstarch on anything that might be yeast! It feeds the yeast and can make the rash much worse. JK, RN

You may also want to try the spray type medications that men use for jock itch, since it is also a form of a yeast infection... It has helped me... Try Cruex... The best advice I have is to keep the area as clean and dry as possible, and always wear a bra... Good luck...

Above all else, be sure your doctor documents that you have these rashes. They are medical reason for approval for a tummy tuck.

My Doc has the same problem with yeast in the skin folds. She to me to buy generic lotrimin at Walmart I did, at tube costs around five dollars and lasts a long time. It really works well and returns to skin area to a natural ph for a long time. It's Equate (Walmart Brand) I get the seven day formula. Try it you will be very pleased, it only take a couple of days to clear it up.
