My 5th Month Anniversary

Today is my 5Th month anniversary and it has been an amazing ride.  I have lost 55 lbs. and 14 more pounds to having a normal BMI.  I am still averaging a loss of 11lbs a month.  When I started looking into WLS I felt like the band would be the right tool for me.  I know if only I could just control the amount of food I consumed I could lose the excess weight and I could finally get to a normal BMI.
OH has been a God sent and I want to Thank each of you that has contributed to my success thus far. When I started this journey I never imagined I would meet so many wonderful friends.
We are all here traveling down the same road, striving for the same thing.
A more Healthy Lifestyle.  Oh and by the way  I LOVE MY BAND  .......

For all the newbies never give up you can do it also.
