"Dr Pereira-Hong performed my surgery and I am going through the Guelph program for aftercare as well. The program at Guelph for aftercare is 5 years.
She has been a fabulous doctor. I felt she was knowledgable and competent from my first time meeting her. The time of Ontario surgeons is very precious, so she was very direct and to the point about everything she needed to talk about....that being said though, she took the time to talk about and address any concerns that I had.
I think she discussed the risks of surgery to me very well, was upfront with the statistics, and then left the decision to me.."Do you feel like you want to go through with the surgery".....I said yes!!!

"A very clean, modern facility with excellent staff. They didnt seem to have much equipment to specifically be able to handle especially large bariatric patients, but Im sure they make do just fine. Overall, my hospital stay was a great experience!"
"Used as a pre-op diet for 2 weeks in Ontario. Cost $200 for the 2 week supply, 4 shakes a day. The chocolate is more palatable made with cold black coffee instead of water. Both flavours are MUCH better served very cold!"
