8/6/06 First time posting. I have lost 89 lbs since my surgery on 3/6/06. Today I have hit my first plateau. I know it will pass but what a shocker since the weight so far has come off so quickly. Food is still a problem for me with no hunger so I don't want to eat. I have finally got a system down for drinking all my fluids. Although the very sweet tasting vitamins get to me at times. I look in the mirror and don't see the weight loss. I have gone down in clothing sizes but just don't see it.
