Vitamin B

Hi everyone,

Just wondering did anyone on the forum decide on the once a month vitamin b injection?  i used to get vitamin b injections in the past and i find the injections are really helpful so i want to do those instead of the pills or sublingual.  just wondering do i need a prescription for that? which dr. gives you that? surgeon? nurse? family?  any advice would be helpful.thanks!
