Yesterday I woke up weighing 292 this morning I 288 ... wow 4 lbs lost !!! and I had a shake yesterday. The DS is the most forgiving WLS ... please consider the DS if you're on the fence. You wont regret it !!Almost forgot that takes me to 101 lbs lost all total since surgery 61lbs
