First day back at work...

 Well today was my first day back to work...

I am exhausted...both mentally and physically.  Woo! 

Now I gotta get back on track with my healthy eating. Since surgery, I have not been watching my calorie intake and even though I've lost 15 lbs since surgery, I know I have to stay on track.  Damn it...I got goals to meet & achieve!!!

So, starting tomorrow..back on myfitnesspal I go.  Tracking away!

First goal after making through surgery and first month of post-op...down 40 lbs by July 1st.  That's roughly down to 240 lbs.  I can't wait until I get off of light duty & can start working out again.
