Fall

I had a bad fall on Saturday and I messed up my shoulder, elbow and wrenched my back pretty badly.  I had to go to work the next day and I had the worst patients on the floor.  I wanted to call in but the hospital was full and I would have felt bad so I went to work and what do you know, they let two people stay home because we didn't have enough patients.  I was so mad at myself.  Next time, I will take care of myself first.
