after talking with doctors family and friends i have finally decided to end me being stubborn and hop on the band wagon as scared as i am i am finally going to do it ,end of january i did my first meeting :) and i got my first appoitment at emerson in march i will have my 3 hr appoitment that day and should see surgery in just a few months ,,,hard to believe i am actually doing this now 

as for now trying to be good doing weight watchers and have joined the gym
