"Dr. Beam did not have any personal contact with me as his patient. My contact was through his office staff, who were very rude and appeared to have absolutely no concern about my welfare whatsoever. He did tell my daughter that the problem was due to being overweight and if excess weight was lost, there wouldn't be a problem. He was very condescending and degrading and acted like he was disgusted with an overweight person. Absolutely no empathy."
