WHOA...... has it really been 5 years since my new birthday.
This has been an amazing recovery. Since having plastic surgery 2 1/2 years ago; weight has maintained. I'm down 120 lbs since surgery and holding steady. My eating habits have changed since surgery; exercise should happen but the need to make money to pay bills takes way to much time.
I am working with a home based spa company. so I can tighten areas of lose skin in the privacy of my home; without the poking/peeking doctors. What a blessing that is. Giving myself spa treatments is a little bit of heaven in the busy life I lead. and although it isn't as fast as plastic surgery it is so much more cheaper and since I can do it myself in the privacy of my home; I can shape my inner thighs and pubic area without doctors and nurses. YEAH... some privacy back in my life.
for the new people. Hang in there it is worth it. Follow your doctor's recommendations; take your vitamins and remember it is a tool not a fix all. For the older timers.. Thanks for everything your support, encouragement, and friendship.
I'll try and not be such a stranger; but well,,, no excuse...
life is GREAT.
